Orders & processing.
How long does order processing take?
+
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders are prepared within 24 hours, but during high-demand periods this may take up to 3 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
+
Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, a second email with your tracking number will follow so you can monitor delivery every step of the way.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
+
Because orders are processed quickly, address changes can't always be guaranteed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your name and order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it before it leaves the warehouse.
Shipping & delivery.
How long does shipping take?
+
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
+
Yes — free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more. It's applied automatically at checkout, no code required. Orders under $99 ship for $7.99.
Do you ship internationally?
+
Not right now. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. If that changes, we'll announce it here first.
Will my order arrive in one package?
+
Depending on your order size, items may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate packages within a few days of each other. This is completely normal — your full order is on its way.
Tracking orders.
How can I track my order?
+
Visit the Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number to get real-time delivery updates. If you need help locating your package, our support team is always available to assist.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
+
Tracking numbers can take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If it still isn't working after that window, contact us and we'll look into it.
My tracking says delivered but I didn't receive my package.
+
First, check with your local carrier and neighbors — packages are sometimes left in an unexpected spot. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & issues.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
+
Contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number. Our team will review the issue and provide a fast resolution. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — just reach out within 30 days of delivery.
Are digital products refundable?
+
Our physical products and the Garage app are covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The Ultimate Guide PDF ($29) is the one exception — because it's an instant digital download you keep forever, all sales are final and it can't be refunded. If you ever have trouble opening or downloading your file, email support@automotivemust.com and we'll always make sure you can access what you paid for.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
+
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order details. We'll always work with you to find a fair and fast solution. Please note: this applies to physical products and the Garage app — the Ultimate Guide PDF is a final-sale digital download.
Driver Rewards.
How does the Driver Rewards program work?
+
You earn points on every purchase at AutomotiveMust. Points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. The more you shop, the more you save — it's our way of rewarding loyal drivers.
How do I earn points?
+
Points are earned automatically on every qualifying purchase. Simply place an order while logged into your AutomotiveMust account and your points will be added as soon as your order is confirmed. No extra steps required.
Do Driver Rewards points expire?
+
No — your points never expire. Earn at your own pace and redeem whenever you're ready. There's no rush and no deadline.
How do I redeem my points?
+
You can redeem your points at checkout. Once you've accumulated enough points, you'll see the option to apply them as a discount toward your order total. Log into your account to check your current balance and available rewards.
Will the rewards program expand with more benefits?
+
Yes. We're continuously growing the Driver Rewards program with new perks, exclusive offers, and benefits for our most loyal drivers. Stay tuned — the best is still ahead. Visit the Driver Rewards page for the latest updates.
The Garage app.
What is the Garage app?
+
The AutomotiveMust Garage is a premium car maintenance app that tracks unlimited vehicles, service history, fuel economy, and reminders — across every device you own. Local-first: your data stays on your device, never uploaded. Learn more on the Garage app page.
How much does the Garage app cost?
+
$19 once — that's it. No subscriptions, no monthly fees, no renewals. Pay one time and own it for life, with all future updates included.
How many vehicles and devices can I use?
+
Unlimited on both. Track every car you own, and unlock the Garage on every phone, tablet, and laptop in your household using the same email you used at checkout — no password, no unlock code to keep track of.
Where does my Garage data live?
+
On your device — never uploaded. Your garage is stored locally in your browser, encrypted by your operating system. No server, no account, no third party. We literally can't access your data because there's nowhere for it to be uploaded.
Do I need to download from an app store?
+
No. The Garage installs directly from your browser — no App Store, no Google Play. On iPhone: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android: Chrome will prompt you to Install. On desktop: click the install icon in your address bar.
Can I get a refund for the Garage app?
+
Yes — a full 30-day refund, no questions asked. Email us at support@automotivemust.com within 30 days of purchase.
Products & brand.
How do you choose the products you sell?
+
Every product is selected based on usefulness, reliability, and real-world value — not trends. We focus on practical automotive tools and driver essentials that make a genuine difference on the road.
Is my payment information secure?
+
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. AutomotiveMust never stores or has access to your full payment details — your information stays safe.
Are AutomotiveMust products for everyday drivers?
+
Absolutely. Our products are built for real-world driving — whether you're commuting daily, traveling long distances, or maintaining your vehicle. Everything we carry is designed to improve convenience, preparedness, and your overall driving experience.
What makes AutomotiveMust different?
+
AutomotiveMust is built around one idea: drivers deserve reliable tools and clear information to take better care of their vehicles. Beyond products, we provide guides, resources, and practical knowledge to help you make smarter decisions on the road.
Can I trust the quality of the products?
+
Yes. We carefully select products that deliver real value for drivers. Customer feedback and reviews also help us continuously improve what we offer — your experience directly shapes what we carry.
