Orders & Processing
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Most orders are prepared within 24 hours, but during periods of high demand, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to correct the address before it leaves the warehouse.

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?
Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If the number still does not work after that time, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
For international shipments, tracking updates may be limited depending on the postal system in your country.
MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE.
Once a package has been marked Delivered, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the local postal carrier.
