The process is the same whether you bought a TurboVac, a PowerHub Pro, or anything else from our shelves. Start by writing to us — never ship anything back before we've confirmed your return.

01 — Reach Out

Email us first.

Write to support@automotivemust.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for return. We reply within one business day — Monday through Saturday — with instructions.

02 — Ship It Back

Original condition.

Send the item back in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we shipped you the wrong one. Use a trackable method.

03 — Get Refunded

To original payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you with approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear in 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Returned after 30 days from delivery.
  • Visible signs of use, wear, or installation.
  • Not in original packaging or condition.
  • Missing parts or accessories not due to our error.
  • Digital downloads — the Ultimate Guide PDF is final sale.
  • Shipped back without contacting us first.

to know.

The mechanics behind the policy — refunds, exchanges, shipping, partial credits. Written plainly so there are no surprises later.

Refunds.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method — card, PayPal, or whatever you used at checkout. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days after approval and depends on your bank. If it's been longer than that, contact your bank first, then us.

Exchanges.

We replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement and cover return shipping on the original. Exchanges for change-of-mind reasons aren't standard — return for a refund and reorder instead.

Return shipping.

Customers cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns — those costs are non-refundable. If we made the mistake (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we cover it. Use a trackable carrier; we can't issue refunds for packages that never reach us.

Partial refunds.

In rare cases — items with obvious signs of use, missing parts not caused by us, or packaging that's been destroyed — we may issue a partial refund to reflect the reduced resale value. We'll always email you the amount and the reason before processing.

Physical products ship in boxes. Digital products ship in a download link.

One app.
One refund window.

The Garage is a one-time, $19 digital purchase that lives on your device — no server, no account, no subscription. Refunds work a little differently than a physical product, but the window is the same: 30 days, full refund, no questions asked.

Full refund within 30 days.

Email support@automotivemust.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We refund the full $19 to your original payment method — same processing timeline as a physical return.

Your data stays yours.

Because The Garage stores everything locally on your device, there's nothing on our side to delete when you refund. Your logs, photos, and receipts remain on your phone or laptop until you choose to clear them.

Unlock code is deactivated.

Once a refund is issued, the unlock code tied to your order is deactivated across all devices. Future updates and new installs will no longer unlock under that code. We don't issue partial or per-device refunds.

Lost your code? Not a refund.

If you can't find your unlock code, don't request a refund — email us and we'll resend your order confirmation in seconds. The same code works across unlimited devices, so there's no need to repurchase.

No-fault refunds.

The Garage runs in your browser on iOS 16.4+, Chrome 90+, and modern desktop browsers. Refunds for compatibility issues are handled the same as any other refund — within 30 days, full amount, no questions.

After 30 days.

Past the 30-day window, refunds aren't issued — but you keep the app, future updates, and access on every device you own, forever. The one-time payment covers every version we ship after the one you bought.

One exception — the Ultimate Guide PDF.

Unlike the Garage app, the $9 Ultimate Guide PDF is a final-sale digital download. Because it's delivered instantly and yours to keep forever, all sales are final and it cannot be refunded — there's no way to return a file you've already downloaded. If you ever have trouble opening or downloading your copy, email support@automotivemust.com and we'll make sure you can access exactly what you paid for.
