Processing time.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Most are prepared within 24 hours. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Warehouse hours.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping confirmation.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way, in real time.

Multiple packages.

Depending on your order size, items may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate packages within a few days of each other. Your full order is on its way.
