Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders are prepared within 24 hours, but during high-demand periods this may take up to 3 business days. If it hasn't arrived within 5 days after its estimated delivery date, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. Orders returned because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or an unclaimed package aren't eligible for a refund; we can reship once the new shipping cost is covered.
