We ship within the United States only. Every order ships with tracking.

Shipping rates

  • Orders of $99 or more: free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
  • Orders under $99: $7.99 standard shipping.
  • Digital products (the Garage app and the Ultimate Guide PDF) are delivered by email right after checkout. No shipping charge.

All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most are prepared within 24 hours. During busy periods, processing can take up to 3 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays; orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships, on top of processing time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.

Depending on your order, items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages within a few days of each other.

International orders

We don't currently ship outside the United States, including to Canada and Australia. Please use a U.S. shipping address at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track My Order page. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first update; if there's still nothing after that, contact us.

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your street address, apartment or unit number and ZIP code before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help resolve it.
